The size of our practice allows us to offer something that is rare in the field of medicine – immediate appointments. Your medical record is accessible directly from each exam room, in any of our locations, so our staff does not have to search for medical records, regardless of which of our offices you visited last. Secure Patient Portal
We have installed a link to our electronic medical records that will allow patients to send us a variety of messages. Through this link, you will be able to send general messages to your health care provider, request refills, make payments to your account and request appointments. You also will be able to view parts of your medical chart, such as lab results.
