All existing patients- Please wait for your invitation e-mail to arrive for the new portal to set up your new account. If you have SPAM filters please add noreply@napc.md to your whitelist/accept list on your SPAM filter so you get the activation email. Accounts set up prior to receiving your invitation or set up not following the link from the invitation may not link up correctly with us. Thank you for your patience while we make this tool easier for you.
We have installed a link to our electronic medical records that will allow patients to send us a variety of messages. Through this link, you will be able to send general messages to your health care provider, request refills or referrals, and make appointment requests. You also will be able to view parts of your medical chart, such as lab results.
It is our hope and intention that this project enhances your experience with us at North Atlanta Primary Care.
