Dr. Mithun Daniel is a board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and sees patients at our Tucker location.
Dr. Daniel is from Stone Mountain, Georgia. He attended college at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida, and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Daniel earned his doctorate at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and served as chief resident in the family medicine residency program at United Memorial Medical Center (UMMC), part of Rochester Regional Health in New York.
Dr. Daniel has been in practice for more than six years and welcomes new patients ages four and older. Some of his medical interests include treating anxiety and depression, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and hypertension. Dr. Daniel is a current member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Dr. Daniel spends most of his free time with his family and participating in activities at his church, where he serves as a Sunday school teacher. Some of his other interests include cooking, reading, exercising, and traveling. Dr. Daniel is also a sports fan and enjoys watching hockey and football games.
